Windows users SSID authentication fails after MX upgrade to 14.30

hi guys,

I have a couple of SSIDs that were working properly before upgrading the MX early this morning to 14.30. basically it is WPA2 with Radius authentication, the weird thing is that I can connect from mobile phones and Linux but we can't from any windows machine (all users affected). No GPO policies have been pushed and nothing changed from Radius side, after contacting with Meraki and taken packet capture we see how the Radius seem to reject the authentication for some unknown reason.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? thanks

we haven't performed the downgrade yet as we upgraded due to some other issues we were facing the VPNs. we are still trying to find the root cause.

Why dies the radius server say it is rejecting the connections?

It was a really bad coincidence that we upgraded the firewall this morning and also one of our Radius certificates expired... it was confusing as we also have a Cisco network in parallel with other SSIDs and they are using the same Radius server.

Issue solved thanks guys.
