Alert Profiles and customization features are generally available to all customers and can be accessed by admins with organization-level privileges from the Organization Alerts page!

- Configure and manage alert profiles at scale: Create alert profiles by selecting the networks or alert types and specifying who should receive email and webhook notifications. Easily edit or delete profiles as your network needs evolve.
- Receive alerts on your schedule: Create custom schedules for alert profiles or put the network into maintenance mode.
- Custom alert thresholds: Set custom thresholds for alerts across your organization.
