Looking for an easier way to manage user identities and groups across your products and networks from one place?   We’ve got you covered - we just released a new Organization Wide Users page (Early Access) in the Meraki dashboard. Now you can see user details across your organization in a single view.   Visit our documentation to learn more about the Organization Wide Users page.   What user details are available?   Manage and monitor users across the following products and configured sources:  Microsoft Entra Identify Provider (IdP) Systems Manager   What’s new     Unify user management systems: Integrate Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) Identity Provider (IdP) to create a single source of end user information in your Meraki dashboard. Use the same users/groups (name, email, usernames etc.) as your IdP systems to streamline management.   Centralize user management: Get visibility into user access across your org. Add users to the org level page, view user details and their IdP source, and filter by user group tags and IdP source. Enhance network security: Manage and segment users securely across Microsoft Entra ID and Systems Manager.   Getting started       First, log in to your Meraki dashboard to opt-in to the new Organization Wide Users page. From the left-hand navigation > Organization > Configure > Early Access > scroll to “Organization Wide Users Page”> toggle the “Opt-in settings” button. We heard your requests for faster support and issue resolution – we’re excited to announce our Call Me Now case creation option is now available (in beta) in the Meraki dashboard.   With Call Me Now, your experience is more efficient than manually calling us. Dear Meraki Go Community,   We greatly appreciate the loyalty and support from every one of you, your dedication to helping your fellow Meraki Go Community members, and sharing valuable feedback with us over the years.   As we look to the future, we will no longer be developing new Meraki Go products. To better serve your networking needs, we will continue innovating our Cisco Meraki portfolio to make it even more accessible to small businesses.   After April 29, 2025, Cisco will no longer sell Meraki Go products. Individual products may run out of stock sooner.   Note that your Meraki Go devices will continue to work indefinitely, and can be managed from the Meraki Go mobile app and web portal. Our support and warranty policies also remain the same. Meraki Go support will continue until July 30, 2027.     To ensure a smooth transition, check out the FAQ below, including options for transitioning to our Cisco Meraki portfolio. Congratulations!   =====    We’re excited to launch the Projects Gallery, a brand new space in our Meraki Go Community.   It’s a dedicated space where all of you community members can showcase your Meraki Go projects, give kudos to one another for your good work, and share tips on installation, mounting, and more.    To kickoff the new Projects Gallery, we’re running a contest for the month of July 2023. We’d love to see and hear how you’ve deployed Meraki Go in the real world!    To participate in the contest:  Go to the Projects Gallery and submit a new post containing video, photo, text, or all of the above outlining a Meraki Go project you’ve done.  It could be about anything from a particularly tricky deployment, a hairy clean up job for a customer, a cool home project, or even a beautiful new rack mount you just installed. Feel free to peruse existing posts in the gallery for inspiration. Everyone who submits a project to the gallery between today and the end of July will be entered to win one of three Meraki Go GR10 access points.        All entries must be submitted before 11am PST on July 31, 2023.
