The Cases screen in Support Center has now screwed up too - the headings are grey/white on white.

Note there is a bug in this which I have logged and has been sent back to development team.... User logs in via SSO and has camera and sensor role XXXXX which permits Full Sensor Access & camera RO access. However when they go to the MT11 Calibration tab, enter a Reference Reading and then click Save changes they get the error "Changes weren't saved. There was an unexpected issue trying to save changes. Please try to submit changes again." Works fine for me as a Full Org admin via SSO.

This looks to me to be a means of enabling SSO for Apple TV, a long awaited feature. Firstly login using SSO on a PC. The Meraki Display App on AppleTV now has the option to "Login with phone". Make a note of this code. Then in the browser in which you have authenticated via SSO go to https://as.meraki.com/oauth/device where you are able to associate an SSO account with the device using the code displayed from the Apple TV Once complete, authenticates you into the Apple TV where you are prompted to select Organization. That is as far as I get as the Meraki Display App then says "There was a problem logging in. Please try again." So in theory this looks good although until I can actually get it to login I cant take this any further. Will log a case with Meraki and report back as I am sure there is quite a few of us out there that have been asking for SSO on Meraki Display for some time now. If this OAUTH works and you have the Apple TV's behind a firewall then the upside with this approach means no additional firewall rules needed for authentication (I hope)

Im not logged in at present but i recall when working with firewall rules if enter a policy object ir IP that has an object, the potential objects that are displayed are virtually unreadable - white on grey i think.

When doing a pcap for a switchport and viewing the output live, its white on white, have to select to be able to read it.

On the MT11's you can now use a calibrated thermometer and enter the offset which reflects in subsequent readings in the dashboard. Given these are supposedly come pre-calibrated during the manufacturing process and it states they need no calibration during the product life cycle, I was surprised to see a 2.6C offset when one of our labs was audited.

I haven't used MQTT yet, so apologies if this sounds a noob query 😀 If we were to try and configure this on an M53X, I guess we need to setup an MQTT server (or use a public one?). What would we use to subscribe to the data and how's it work? i.e. could it be sent to a Teams channel or similar?? TIA

This appears to have finally been fixed!!!!!!! I've tested with an SSO account that has View Any Footage privilege via the Camera and Sensor roles page and they can now see the cameras on the Floorplans and navigate between floorplans. Not sure if this fix was ever announced (if it was then I never saw it), but I have been testing every few months to see if it had been resolved.

When logging in using a local dashboard a/c all ok. However when logging via SSO, the L3 rules section is missing, the Switches-switches and Wireless-Access Points pages are blank. Plus lots of other issues. Is this just me or are other seeing the same issues. Started in the last 10-15mins TIA

Thanks @Mloraditch Not sure why I didn't see that! So I guess set the WAN IP for the primary, then set WAN IP for spare, then do as you say above to set the VIP, correct?

I'm looking for some advice in advance of me making a change to an existing MX HA pair. They currently have WAN1 only connected using a public static IP on each and a public VIP. Now I need to add WAN2, but this will be using private IP's and a private IP for its VIP (as the ISP router is NATting everything to a single public IP). I cant see how to configure the VIP for WAN2. I can configure each MX's WAN 2 IP but where do you set the VIP?

I have been asked to setup a centralized syslog server so am reaching out to see if anyone has any recommendations, or 'avoid at all costs' advice. I envisage setting up in Azure so we only have one to cover every single site. It needs to properly decipher the Meraki logs to identify the originating MX. How do I get the events from the Security Centre sent to syslog? The aim is to retain 6months of logs from the MX Event log and IDS. Any hints n tips would be most welcome too. TIA
