As if my magic today the "View new version" re-appeared. I have therefore clicked it and suffice to say I wont be reverting back to the old again 🙂 Have asked support to close the ticket.

Yes, that's the date of the last update I have from the assigned engineer. I guess its a waiting game 🙂

Hi @JosRus I've reverted to the older theme perfectly ok. This issue is I no longer have the option to go to the new one! Support have said (back in Sept) "I've contacted our product specialist team and I'll provide un update as soon as I have any response from them." I'm still waiting 😞

If you use the Vision Portal and put it into Fullscreen mode that bypasses the global timeout setting.

The issue I have with the new layout is if you edit a port that is a member of an LACP group it doesn't tell you what ports are in the AGGR/n nor the aggregate speed (which you can see on the old version)

Just wanted to thank @Ryan_Miles for all your help and here are the MR76's 'in the wild' so to speak with the sector antenna fitted.... We are getting 190-200Mbps across the link

Hi @FeliA Thanks for the reply. It was due to clients using internal DNS servers, I'm in the process of correcting as per the documentation here https://documentation.meraki.com/MV/Physical_Installation/MV63_Installation_Guide#DNS_Configuration_Best_practices_for_LAN_Streaming

I noticed this problem earlier today and have been doing some troubleshooting. The symbol in the bottom left of streams indicates streaming via the cloud even when on the same LAN: I have put my laptop on the same subnet as the camera and still see the Cloud symbol. I've done a packet trace on the switchport the camera is on with a filter expression of "host n.n.n.n", with n.n.n.n being my laptop address and no data is captured, so its deffo going via the cloud. If I look in the Video Access menu that also says I viewed via cloud access. Looks like something has gone wrong here as its at every site.

I've got the issue on an MX84 which cannot be upgraded (its on 18.107.11), although its running at 33%+ utilization which may be the issue rather than the firmware version

Haha, given that some of my cameras cover car parks that's an issue. I will keep an eye open to see if I can disprove that theory when it next rains. If you click on the "Show Objects" when going to the footage from a motion alert email it does highlight the odd car as an object in motion when it most definitely isn't!

Given that a few months have passed since you posted @cmr , are you able to confirm that you are no longer getting hundreds of emails when its raining or when the spiders/insects are active. If so would you mind sharing the settings please? I have areas of interest defined, minimum event duration 5s, sensitivity 50%, alert only on people detection enabled. Put it this way - I don't need a weather forecast to tell me when its raining at these sites as my phone is constantly pinging with emails!

Can you not Deny at Layer 7 as below: And add L3 Deny rules for teamviewer.com etc provided the MX has seen the DNS lookup, or if using internal DNS setup a teamviewer.com domain and resolve to 127.0.0.1 ??

If your external IP is changing the other thing to watch out for is if you communicate with any 3rd parties that may have whitelisted your current IP. I had this issue where we SFTP data to a third party and I hab to get them to update their firewall for our new IP address.

Its not Thousand Eyes - its Meraki Insight (EOL) or SD-WAN Plus licence now - if you are co-term you can still get a SD-WAN Plus PDL licence which I have just done for a new site despite others being Adv Security.
