Hi Meraki


We as a business are trying to associate and have our sales people do the training and have logged a case with the Meraki Online Learning <> but we are having trouble getting a response. Please can you assists us as our users cannot see the sales training modules on there profiles.

Apologies for the delay on this. You've sent your email to the correct place - - and we are looking into the issue. It seems that some of your users are encountering a data synch issue that causes them to not be properly configured as partners in our online learning system.
