Trying to factory reset a GR10 (and soon a GX20), but it doesn't seem to be working.

The QSG says to press and hold the pinhole reset button for at least 5 seconds.  I've tried 5, 10, and 30 seconds.

It goes to a double-blink green LED for a while, then back to solid green, and it's still in my dashboard under the same name, and it's still broadcasting the old SSIDs.

I understood the process was to reset the equipment, then remove them from the account.

Help, please.

If you are trying to clear out the config for disposal you would want to remove it from your network and then factory reset it. If it's still in your network it's just going to redownload it's config once it's reset and regains internet.

I wasn't expecting a solution so soon (<5min after my post).  Thanks for your help.
