SD WAN alert for load balanced connections

Is there a way to set an alert for WAN connections that are configured as balanced rather than redundant?

What sort of events would you look to trigger an alert in this scenario?

Basically, link down.

Currently, we only know if its down if we check the dashboard. I'd rather we had an active alert rather than getting someone to remember to check.
