Internal Client Use an IP Address that isn't an uplink Address

I have an internal client that I need to go in and out of the uplink ports using an address that is not the uplink addresses on my mx250.

Client: 172.16.7.40

Uplink Address: x.x.x.9

Uplink Address: x.x.x.14

Client needs to use address: x.x.x.12

I need to limit what external ip address can access this address also.

I am on firmware version 17.9

How do I go about doing this?
