What's new?
- Enhanced alert visibility: All Dashboard alerts now display when an issue began. A "Suggested Actions" link is visible, ensuring the next step is always accessible.
- Guided troubleshooting: "Unreachable Device" suggested actions guide you through each step to bring your device back online with the option to submit a support case through this workflow. Your troubleshooting progress is automatically logged in your case.
