Been on hold for nearly two hours today

Trying to resolve issues with MS 390 switches showing offline in the dashboard. Running beta firmware 15.8 which was supposed to resolve these errors. I've got two 390s showing offline currently. Trying to call Meraki support but no one is picking up. This is even an existing case since Nov 2021. Really frustrated here.
