Exchange profile fails to sync after password change - does not prompt user for new password.
Within the last month we have had an influx of our iPhone SE/8 users having issues with their mail after resetting their AD password.
Historically the device would continue to sync for a couple of hours then eventually stop and prompt the user for their new credentials. However this is no longer the case and I'm looking in to why this would have changed.
The most recent change was pushing out the 12.0.1 iOS update.
Has anyone experienced similar?
