We have provided our customers access for visibility of their Network/MDM solution, but came to discover they could view all our cases (across all our organisations) with Meraki Support.
The only way around this is either:
- Remove the customer access
- Ask Meraki Support to enable 'Branding' (If you quality) and hide this link.
I have requested in the Administrator panel an option to set if the user can view cases, but there is no feedback with 'Make a Wish'.
