Packet capture system currently down

we have an ongoing issue and we can't take packet captures, can Meraki give any details on why this feature is currently down?

I just tried a packet capture and it worked fine.  My dashboard is n34.  Have you called support about it?

yes and it was down for them too, Asia region.

 

Edit: it is back up now. It has been down for 1 hour approximately.

I had  an issue earlier in the week were it didn't work if it was set to display the capture,  but did work if I set it to download instead.
