In November we upgraded hundreds of our MS250-48FP firmware from MS 16.9 to MS 17.2.2. Almost immediately after coming on line the switch began logging entries every minute:   sample: Jan 20 09:40:39   PoE budget change PoE budget changed from 0W to 740W Jan 20 09:39:38   PoE budget change PoE budget changed from 0W to 740W Jan 20 09:38:37   PoE budget change PoE budget changed from 0W to 740W Jan 20 09:37:37   PoE budget change PoE budget changed from 0W to 740W Jan 20 09:36:37   PoE budget change PoE budget changed from 0W to 740W   The switch is still forwarding traffic but there is no PoE available to any of the switchports. Trunks and stack association is all fine. Had to remove all PoE devices from this switch. After power cycling the switch to no avail a call was made to Meraki support.
