Version 16.14 and SPF

We have some 3rd Party SPF and looks like 16.14 disables these SFP's. any one else seen this issue?

@Stapes24 what version were you running before and which device(s) are you seeing this on? 

The only SFPs we currently use in Meraki are Cisco (non Meraki) 1Gb Cu modules in MX250s and they work fine up to 16.12.

All of our other MXs are on 16.14 but don't use SFPs...

We are upgrading from 15.44 on MX250 using 10GB Non Meraki SPF on the internal side. 

We have all the MX67 at 16.14 but any with SFP are failing to enable to port after the upgrade.
