Mx84

I encounter a fairly frequent and very abnormal situation.
All setup is fine but my connection is getting super slow.
I did ping test which passes the response time is normal
the cables are well connected
Meraki's period is normal
I wanted to I just restart and everything is back to normal
I don't understand it's a technical problem?

hey @sj093 , a little vague on your setup there.  What do you have connected to the MX, whats downstream of the device?  What services are your accessing both locally and externally that aren't responding?

Just Ubiquiti APC Lite access points which are connected to the Mx via cables and a cisco 3600 switch
laptops by wifi
I just restarted and everything works it's the 4th time

And is the issue happening when you're connecting wired or wirelessly?  If wirelessly, does the issue persist on your wired network?

Is your MX on the latest stable firmware?

I have a ton of customers using the MX84 with no performance issues.  Off the cuff sounds like a provider issue.

@sj093 : I saw earlier as well people saying this kind of issue as shown below. I would recommend to upgrade to MX 15.42.1 now and see !

It's probably a good idea to open up a case with Meraki support in this case.
