Z4C WAN port shows disconnected

Hi,

I have a Z4C already configured for cellular.  I'm not trying to connect the WAN port to my home internet via cat6 cable.  The cable has been confirmed working as it came from a working Cisco Phone.  I read the WAN port is set to DHCP automatically.  Where is that setting?  When I connect the cable, it shows disconnected in Meraki GUI and on the Z4C itself, the port shows blinking both green and orange.

Thanks.

Open the Z4's local status page.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Also, test the "cat6" cable works by plugging it into your notebook, in case it has some security control applied that only allows it to work with the phone.

Sorry, just noticed my typo.  I am trying to connect....(not not trying).
