IKEv2 (again)

Hi All,

I know this has been asked for until the community is blue in the face.

However.

Another missed op.

Needed to create an IKEv2 IPSEC tunnel against a Juniper. No dice for the MX.

Ended up using a Ubiquiti Unifi Gateway. It is getting embarrassing...............

Go to page 30. *sigh*

I had the same scenario with a Palo Alto I had to connect to. Ended up buying a Cisco ASA 5506 to make it work. Hindsight I should have went with Ubiquiti rather then give Cisco any more money.

I am sorry to keep beating this horse, but....  Are there ANY plans for IKEv2 being supported on MX routers?  We are mostly a "Cisco" organization currently, but I love the Meraki dashboard and management console for MR APs. Looking hard at Meraki MS switches for that same ease of management and visibility, and would like to use MX routers, as well.  but IKEv2 is a must for us.  If we can't get it in the MX, and SOON, we will probably end up going to a CradlePoint router, due to the ease of management. Approximately 20 sites in play - not huge, but important to "us".

Thanks!
