How can i restrict Applications in My Windows Laptop?

My client want to whitelist some application and block some application of there Windows PC so How can I configure the same?

I don't think there are any controls for this with Systems manager and Windows 10.

If they have Windows 10 Enterprise they can use Windows AppLocker.
