MSP Dashboard login was very slow (2-3 minutes after entering MFA code)
Once logged in, we are unable to open dashboards for about 2/3 of our clients
VPN authentication is also down for the same clients that we are unable to access dashboards.
I see no alerts in the dashboards we can access and I have been on hold with Meraki Support for 25 minutes.
Can someone please provide a status update and ETA for service restoration?
