By connecting your Zebra devices to a Cisco Access Point, you can leverage rich data right in the Network-wide > Clients list view and on the individual client's details page without any additional end-point software:
Quick Identification and Sorting:
Clearly see Zebra devices in the clients list view.
Sort by Zebra MFG, model, and OS version.
Device Tracking:
Identify and track specific device serial numbers without needing to be on-site.
Troubleshooting Disconnects:
Correlate disconnects with AP-side metrics and a disconnect reason code provided by the Zebra device.
How to See the Details in Dashboard
Navigate to Network-wide > Clients.
Select the relevant columns to view, such as Device Type, OS, and Manufacturer (you should see 'Zebra' listed as a Manufacturer).
Click on a specific Zebra client to view the detailed Client Connectivity page, where the Serial number and other deep client information are automatically loaded.
