so yes we have site to site between main office, office 1, office 2 and office 3, a non meraki peer defined as a vpn connection to azure. the connection to azure is working from our main office and also from office#2. it is however not working from office3 and office4 and i am not sure why one would work and not the other and then of course there is the client vpn on the main office

We have a main location with an MX84 and 3 satellites with MX64s We also have a VPN link to Azure using the non meraki peer And then we use client vpn connections for laptops on the road the issue i am having is with the routing to Azure. it works find on the main network and one of the satellites on the other 2 satellites and on the client vpn i cant get a connection to the azure ip addresses Main Network MX84 can ping the azure IPs from the MX UI no problems on the network or connecting to azure Satellite 1 MX64 uses DHCP in MX that one works just fine. No issues at all. can connect to main network and also to azure interestingly i cant ping azure IPs from the MX UI Satellite 2 MX64 no DHCP used in MX (to be perfectly correct it is , has netgear orbi connected that is the gateway and dhcp for the network here. cant ping the azure IPs from the MX UI unable to communicate with ips on azure but no issues with talking to ips on main network Client VPN when connecting via client vpn i am able to communicate with main network (rdp, etc) but no communication to azure IPs any help would be greatly appreciated. ORBI is set to DHCP from MX current 192.168.128.3 255.255.255.0 i could set that to static of course

thanks i was thinking along those lines so my MXs VLAN is 192.168.128.0/24 with a gateway of 192.168.128.1 my LAN on the ORBI is 192.168.1.0/24 with a gateway of 192.168.1.1 so enter a static route on the MX Subnet: 192.168.1.0/24 Next Hop: 192.168.1.1 VPN Enabled and then on the ORBI a static route Destination IP Address: 192.168.128.0 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Gateway: 192.168.128.1 when i connect the vpn any address on 129.168.1.x goes to the MX web interface

tried changing the MX to 192.168.1.0/24 still no luck in pinging anything on that network except for the MX itself

i can ping 192.168.128.1 any address in 192.168.1.x times out even .1 which is the orbi itself one question. when adding the vlan what ip do i use for the MX IP?

i tried that when i add 192.168.1.0/24 as a VLAN and then try to use RDP on an IP it times out also trying to open the ORBI gateway on 192.168.1.1 times out as well in the route table i see 192.168.128.0/24 Default Local VLAN 192.168.1.0/24 Local Local VLAN 0.0.0.0/0 Default WAN route WAN uplink 192.168.88.0/24 Client VPN Client VPN

Trying to set up a client VPN to access my local resources when i am out of the office in my office i have an MX (that is connected with our main office via site to site vpn) behind the MX there is a Netgear ORBI and all my devices are connected either via ethernet or wifi to the ORBI trying to figure out how this needs to be configured the MX has a VLAN 192.168.128.0/24 the client VPN creates a VLAN 192.168.88.0/24 and then of course the ORBI has its own network 192.168.1.0/24 big question now is how to define the routing so i can access the devices on the ORBI when connected via client VPN thanks for any pointers

I am having an issue with connecting to a client VPN. the machine is win 10 but i also tried to connect from a chromebook. Both can connect to other client vpns i have set up just fine the client vpn is on a connection to comcast. not using comcasts hardware but a motorola SB6183. meraki connects directly to motorola modem as far as i can tell no VPN connection logs in the meraki. the VPN connection just times out any ideas what to look for? thanks Mike
