Post-ticket-closure survey says "You have either already completed the survey or your session has ex

Hi,

 

A ticket I opened with Meraki support was closed last week.  I received a link to a survey about the ticket two times now, and both times the link goes to a page that states "You have either already completed the survey or your session has expired."

And no, I haven't completed the survey.  Both times I clicked on the link were within 24 hours of receiving the email message.

I often see this and find opening the link in an Incognito window opens the survey

Hmm thats odd, I am going to take a wild guess and say whoever setup the survey set the reply window to short.

Opening in an incognito window worked for me.
