Adding a previously deleted account to our tenancy throws a server encountered an error message

Hi Team,

 

We've started encountering the error where we attempt to re-add a deleted account and upon first time password setup we receive the error message 'The server encountered an error. Please try again.' after entering the chosen password.

 

We've tried different browsers, non corporate workstations etc. with no success.  We've got a ticket open with Meraki and collecting console logs however wondered if this is impacting other tenancies.
