I just had the same issue. Rebooting and turning DHCP off for 5 minutes did NOT clear the DHCP leases. What did work was expanding the DHCP Reservation range temporarily and it cleared the DHCP leases in the Reserved range like the example below.

No Uptime in our MSP dashboard. And we have a situation past few days for a client that is going offline every 2 hours. Would be nice to confirm if it is indeed infrastructure power or ISP related.

@BrechtSchamp just a small question to the document you linked here. For the MX it says "The default 4 hour reboot cycle has been removed for MX 14.35 & up, MX 15.11 & up, and MG 1.9 & up." Did they completely remove this reboot timer...or is there still such a function for MX 14.53?

You can do multiple S2S VPNs from Azure, the VPNs just have to be to different Meraki networks/sites. I'm not sure what you'd achieve with multiple S2S VPNs to the same site, unless you're looking at redundancy to different Azure regions? You can also achieve the HA configuration across regions with the vMX now, so that's an alternative. Have a look at these two documents. https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Site-to-site_VPN/Configuring_Site_to_Site_VPN_tunnels_to_Azure_VPN_Gateway https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Other_Topics/Deploying_Highly_Available_vMX100s_in_Azure

Well spotted. So now we have to decide if it matters or not. What scenarios can we imagine where we would want to access the location of an iOS device (via SM) without having to put the device into Lost Mode...?

I have factory reset and still doesn't work. I can ping from another switch which is odd and status page works if I am on that VLAN. I have triple checked the VLAN tagging on the uplink siwthc and have had a co-worker check it as well. The switch is also only happy if I use 8.8.8.8 for the DNS even though the other switches are happy if I use are internal DNS....

Perhaps call tech support and ask them to check the line? What kind of internet connection is on the HFC modem vs the Service Provider modem? If you have packet loss and the MX works on the optus internet line i would think the problem resides on the side of HFC NBN? Not sure how internet is arranged in Australia? line => Modem => MX ? If you could get us some more technical info about your setup we might be able to help out a bit more Regards, Ben

Uncheck “In VPN” option on the VLAN’s which you want to go over Aryaka Routing Use VLANs You can configure a single LAN or enable VLANs under the Routing section of the Addressing & VLANs page. To enable VLANs, check the Use VLANs box. Subnets VLANs allow you to partition your network into different subnets such that downstream hosts are separated into different broadcast domains based on the VLAN they operate in. VLAN-based network separation can be an effective tool for isolating and identifying different segments of your network and therefore provides an additional layer of security and control. The appliance has multiple LAN IPs, each of which is the default gateway address on its particular VLAN. To add a new VLAN, click Add VLAN at the top right of the Subnets table. To modify an existing VLAN, click on that VLAN in the Subnets table. The following fields can be set for a local VLAN: Name: The name of the VLAN. Subnet: Use this option to enter the IP subnet for the VLAN. Note that as with Single LAN mode, you need to provide this information in CIDR notation. MX IP: The IP address of the MX appliance in this particular VLAN/subnet. This is the default gateway IP address on that VLAN. VLAN ID: The numerical identifier that is assigned to the VLAN. Group Policy: The Group Policy you wish to apply to this VLAN, if any (see Group policies). In VPN: Determines whether the MX advertises this VLAN to site-to-site VPN peers. To delete a VLAN, click the check the box next to the VLAN and click the Delete button, then click Save

Thanks a lot for all the advise and help, finally managed to fix it. Apparently turned out that the ISP in this case (Aussie Broadband) uses CG-NAT (https://www.aussiebroadband.com.au/support/knowledge-base/nbn/cg-nat/). Got on a call with them and opted out of CG-NAT and everything came on track.
