AD integration to Meraki Dashboard

Hi, 

 I have being working to try to integrate AD on the Meraki Dashboard. I have being following the Meraki article related to this https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Content_Filtering_and_Threat_Protection/Configuring_Active_Direc...

I know that my problem is on the TLS certification. Not a cert expert. Can anyone point me on the right direction to how to create this cert on Windows server 2012.
