Need to add an organisation to my list on the dashbaord

I have a new organisation I would like to add so it appears in the list below:

How do I action?

Sally,

If the organization already exists you need to add you meraki admin account to this organization. 

After this you will see this org in the list

If it's a new one you go to the MSP dashboard and Create a new org.

How long did you give it? It takes a bit of time to propagate across all shards.

@SallyG , I was thinking more like 5-10 minutes, honestly. If you've just been added as an administrator to an organization, it seems to take 5ish minutes most days. 10 on a very sloooow one.

I do find occasionally that a refresh of the browser clears these things up. We had a stubborn org on one of the N servers where a logout and login was needed to reflect the change weirdly!

Hello @SallyG 

just do a new Meraki portal registration https://account.meraki.com/login/new_account with tha same email address that you are using for your current dashboard login and in the "Company" field put your new Organization name.

But I want to add to the list, not create a new one?

Then do what @Ben said. Add yourself as admin to the org. It will be added to the list automatically.
