Is it possible to have an SSID bridging to the wan using DHCP from a windows server?

you can use a local dhcp server in that lan/vlan or a forwarder on the gateway of your lan/vlan.
If the SSID is bridging then this is a layer 2 concept. Whatever DHCP is configured on the VLAN of the network you are bridging to is what will be used by the client.
