Meraki MX65 issue with multimedia web content

In my business we have a website for internal training where some courses have multimedia content. For some weird reason if you try do the training behind a Meraki MX65 the videocontent does not load in the web browser.

Please, do Anyone have any suggestion? i checked Firewall rules  and traffic shapping but nothing works.

I would start by making sure the firmware version is up to date.

Hello!

thanks,

the Firmware Current version in the device is MX 13.28

That should be fine.

Anything interesting in either of these two places right after the video content fails:

Network-Wide/Events

Security Appliance/Security Centre/Events

If you have AMP enabled try disabling it and then test.

Did disabling AMP make a difference?  If it didn't you can turn it back on but we'd had some strange issues like those you are experiencing with AMP turned on at some sites.

hello,
sorry, i miss, currently we dont have AMP active, the issue appears with AMP disabled.

The website is also behind the MX or out on the internet?

You could run a packet capture, reproduce the issue and look into it to see what is wrong.

Hello all,

finally, i opened a case, the result: a filter in layer7 was blocking the content.
