If there is no current licensing of any AP, is it inoperable or do we simply not have access to cloud management?
Can I continue working with it locally, standalone, that only works as a repeater in my network?

It'll stop working eventually. No option to leave it unlicensed.
It quits passing traffic. Aka inoperable.
we just had it happen so I can confirm. We added a license and everything magically started working again!
