I've had stability with 26.8.3 | 28.7 | 30.7   We recently upgraded a site about 2 weeks ago from 26.8.3 to 31.1.5 and have had problems ever since.   I don't see CPU/MEM resources showing issues like @WTorres    However, we get are now getting slow connections, random disconnects, trouble connecting. I've got a good number of sites that I've been very hesitant to go beyond 26.8.3 (MR42/MR46) or 30.7 (MR44) with, because this is usually what we run into.   I saw 31.1.6 just come out with a good number of bug fixes so we are going to upgrade to that and see. Unifi is an option but comes with its own mixed bag of issues. They do offer a good amount of hardware at very competitive pricing and has a good amount of features with that feature set growing. That being said a lot of features as STILL being worked on with no ETA in site. Also the free support is hit or miss with many responses having users posting in the forums or sending links to Youtube for resolution. They just started offering "paid" support but I haven't heard of anyone using it and this isn't their first time offering paid support.  In short there are MANY of other vendors that offer very low annual cost or no cost at all it is what solution that works for a user/admin.    The one direct comment I will say is saying Unifi is better quality than Meraki isn't a full view picture. On the face of it, someone either ordered slightly the wrong SKU or in the supply chain someone changed it from the right (cloud) one to the wrong (on-prem) one - perhaps when lead times didn't match (?) Just keen to ensure you don't end up needing to do this again in future (especially if you have wiped your 9800-CL in the meantime!)    the right SKU for Meraki mode is CW9164I-MR and you'll need an appropriate license, probably LIC-ENT-xYR    (x = 1, 3, 5, 7 or 10) ... I originally had the issue that this fixed back in December, but was told by support it was a fault with my connections (despite being two different carriers on two different networks happening at the same time). Was semi-relieved to see I was only being gaslit, in that there was a firmware patch addressing this exact issue.
