I did notice one strange thing when starting a ticket. Once a user/admin clicks open ticket then enters anything in the subject field. There is a spinning wheel in the box below that never goes away. It is like the box is looking for a ticket or KB that it never finds.

That choice is up to you and what is best for your customer base. I will say I came from UI, and though in many cases it is a good choice I can't name how many times I was hit with some random bug that took my customers down. There are other brands out on the market that fall in the same price point, but it comes down to what you feel is a good band choice and the learning curve behind that choice.

Thanks TyShawn...will be doing all via M-Go portal. If I just add the GX50 to M-Go, can I just put in in place of the MX65, and the existing GR10 WAPs will still work? Or is it best I remove them from the M-Go and re-add after the GX50 is up and running?

From the web portal click network / + / wired network. Enter the following information: Custom Network Name VLAN ID Subnet Mask Click save You should see the network listed in your Network list. Optional Click the New Network / edit. And you can enable / disable DHCP Adjust DNS servers or Delete the network. I hope this helps.

If all you have is a couple of VLANs, a DHCP servers, port forwards, then yes M go is a good fit. If you need additional features then it may not be a good fit for this install.

I have everything on the default Vlan1. The computers were able to access OK via the wired connection but the laptop was not able to access. I have created another SSID just for the Live Stream and when I put that in Bridge mode it is now allowing me to connect to the camera. The generic WiFi for guests was in NAT mode which was preventing the access.

@AvroNot sure this would benefit Meraki Go. It is designed for large enterprise deployment and Go is more of a simple solution. I generally do not enable unless we have a large & dense deployment with something like Radius running for authentication. 99 times out of 100 the pcap holds the truth. If you have a capture from when the issue was occurring, we could probably get to the bottom of the problem. I think support was the right way to go. There have been some reports that cases weren't opening properly today - did you happen to get a case properly generated when you contacted support? I'm just curious, making sure there isn't an issue out there. We definitely want to be sure support is getting back to you.

I doubt it any one beside Meraki can help me as i have a partial hardware failure... There are some ports that don't have any POE coming out of them. and no its disabled in the app, as i have also reset the switch.

@hidden0 I can confirm that 1.1.1.100/#connection does work. Test method 1. Connect to an SSD that connects to switch in question 2. Manually set IP to 1.1.1.99 3. Navigate to 1.1.1.100

@Mak , I think there might be a bug when creating a new secured VLAN. For me I did the following and got the same result that you did. 1. Created a new wired VLAN enabling the secure network feature and DHCP server. 2. Created a new SSID. 3. Connect my laptop to the new SSID and attempted to pin across the VLANs. To verify my work I went to settings / Local Network Addressing / "Select the VLAN" / Edit / Configure VLAN. It was here that I saw that the Secure this network option was still disabled. Once I enabled the option and waited 2 minutes I was no longer able to cross VLANs.
