I have a very strange issue after converting a Catalyst 9300 to a 9300-M (non native beta).  During the conversion the switches never contacted the Dashboard and had a management IP address of 198.18.0.0/28 range.  I could see this from a connected router cdp neighbor details.  I couldn't manage via the front ports on this range, or use the console port so ended up factory resetting by holding down the mode button for 21s.  When the switches booted back up they successfully got DHCP address on private range, but then rebooted after a period of time, am guessing after downloading firmware, and now back to a management IP address within 198.18.0.0/28 and unable to reach the Dashboard.   Anyone any thoughts on this or experienced this before?  I know this range is used for local device management on 9300 switches.  But what I don't understand is why when DHCP is available it is defaulting to this as a management IP. ... I have just purchased an MT40 sensor, which is connected to a MR56 Access Point via Bluetooth.  When I try to issue power commands on it I get the following message:   Power Command Failed A suitable gateway was not available for sending this command. If this error persists, ensure that you're running the latest firmware and your gateways are online.   I have a support case going nowhere.  Has anyone encountered such an issue before that can help? ... I'm looking for some advice on this client that had a very bad Zoom meeting experience during this period on our WiFi network.  From the new "Client Roaming Analytics" it looks like the client is roaming to Access Points with worse RSSI as well as SNR.  This is a Windows10 client.   During the same meeting, someone with a MacBook Pro was connected to the same Access Point as the Win10 client, and did not have the same experience, the connection was completely stable.   At the moment I'm thinking that this is going to be down to the roaming aggressiveness of the client, or driver issues of some sort.  If anyone has any thoughts on this I'd welcome them.   ... I have just received this from Support, does this sound right to anyone as I haven't come across this before?  Makes me wonder what the point of the new version is if you have to keep flipping back to the old one to make changes.   Changes in the new version are not reflected in the old one, which is how it has always been. Changing the sponsor email domains doesn't revert the sponsor duration to 1 hour, it is because in the backend the configuration from the old acces control page would take over. The next step would be to navigate as follows: Access Control → View old version → Change sponsorhip duration from 1 hour to 4 weeks in the old version → Save changes and only then move to the new version. ... I have recently purchased some MR56 APs and get this message when saving an RF Profile. Why am I now being forced to select a UNII-1 or UNII-2 "5-lo" channel? There were errors in saving this configuration: One or more errors occurred. No changes have been saved. Five ghz valid auto channels Please select a 5-lo channel   I suspect it is something to do with this message I get as well now under Channel Assignment:   Dual 5 GHz Mode You have APs that can broadcast 5GHz with two different radios. These radios are indicated by 5-lo and 5-hi above.
