New firmware release notes. Important note Wi-Fi 5 Wave 2 MRs support - This version and subsequent MR 31.x.x are only supported on 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) and newer MR models. 802.11ac Wave 2 and older products will upgrade to the backup version (MR 30.7.1) if they are in networks configured for MR 31.x.x versions, and thus, the new features will not be available. The bug fixes listed below will also not apply to Wi-Fi 5 Wave 2 and older MRs. At this point would go down the path of APIs. One thing I noticed when moving stand alone networks into a template the subnets are reset and you have to reconfigure those subnets again. It is unknown if your "networks" can be grouped together or how many templates you would need to meet the goal here.

My only feedback with the announcement is it should make note of the required minimum license types. I believe the help guides does make note of this, but it never hurts to be overly communicative. AI-RRM service requires Enterprise Advanced License or Advantage Tier Subscription

This was the reason we had to come off the MX platform and move to the FTD platform for our firewalls. The processing if I recall correctly was L7 then L3 unless there is a 1:1 NAT then it's just the NAT rules for inbound traffic.

HHAHAHA Naaaa... Long story short I signed up to Meraki with my work account when I started my job. Then years later I started working with M-Go and I had to sign up with a home account. Over time I decided to only maintain a single account (Need all my post count, kudos, and what in one profile).

Unifi is an option but comes with its own mixed bag of issues. They do offer a good amount of hardware at very competitive pricing and has a good amount of features with that feature set growing. That being said a lot of features as STILL being worked on with no ETA in site. Also the free support is hit or miss with many responses having users posting in the forums or sending links to Youtube for resolution. They just started offering "paid" support but I haven't heard of anyone using it and this isn't their first time offering paid support. In short there are MANY of other vendors that offer very low annual cost or no cost at all it is what solution that works for a user/admin. The one direct comment I will say is saying Unifi is better quality than Meraki isn't a full view picture. Each company has its place in the market with its own pros and cons.
