Cisco Live US is coming up fast (June 8-12) and while the Meraki Community team won’t be there in person this year, some of our awesome Meraki team members will be! 🙌 

They’re hoping to connect with fellow community folks while they’re there—and yes, they’ll have some fun Meraki swag to share! 🎁

If you’re planning to attend, drop a comment below and let us know! We’re trying to get a sense of who from the community will be around so we can help coordinate a casual meet-up.

Welcome our community members to the Cisco Live San Diego! 

I will be co-presenting Instructor-lab Lab session: Unleash the Power of Campus Networking: Build Your Network, Your Way - LTRENS-3002 on Monday morning. For the rest of the event, you'll likely find me at Capture The Flag, the gamified networking activities zone, where I'll be serving as a proctor. I may also drop by the CCIE party. 

A quick note about my focus areas and experiences:
- Full-stack Meraki platform

- Meraki demos(Launchpad and others) and lab environments

- Networking Automation (primarily in Python)

- Somewhat rusty on Cisco campus routing and switching, Datacenter(UCS&ACI), optical(DWDM) solutions.

I'm avoiding all travel to or through America ... I don't feel it is a safe country for a foreign person anymore.

I just got back from Las Vegas today and I heard more than 8 foreign languages other than English being spoken by the tourists there the last couple of days, so I would disagree that the US is not a safe country for foreign visitors. As long as you enter the country legally, I don't think their is anything to worry about 😉
