We are excited to announce that the Beta version of the new Support Center page experience in the dashboard is live now in the Meraki dashboard. This release will display the new experience by default.
The old version of the page will still be available to all customers by clicking on the “View old version” blue toggle link at the top of the page.

Key experience features
- New "Related-to" Table: Quickly identify the device you need support for by applying filters for product/platform categories, model, and network. This table will be pre-filtered based on the Product or Platform category tile that was chosen on the previous page.
- Severity Levels: Select severity levels and assess the business impact of the issue you are facing.
- Contact Options: Select how you would like to get in contact with our Support teams based on the severity chosen on the previous step (Call me now, Call in, Create a Case).
- Summary Page: A new summary page will clearly display the information submitted and a confirmation of the case that was created.

Availability
The new Support Center page is now available globally in Beta beginning April 17, 2025. Learn how to get started in our documentation.
