🚀 Now Available: Meraki Status Page with Service and Region-Level Visibility

We are pleased to announce the release of Meraki Status Page Components, an important enhancement to our Meraki Status Page communication platform. Meraki Status Page is where you can view the real-time status of the Meraki dashboard and related services during high-severity incidents.

What are Meraki Status Page Components?

Meraki Status Page Components introduce a new level of granularity by defining Services and Regions as distinct components within Meraki Status Page postings. This allows you to clearly see which specific services and geographic regions are affected during an incident.

How to Subscribe to Notifications

With this release, you can now subscribe to notifications at the component level, by region or service.

Select the specific services and regions relevant to your environment, and you'll receive alerts only when incidents impact those components. This helps reduce unnecessary noise, keeping updates focused on what matters to you.

Learn how to configure your Component Notification Subscriptions in our documentation.

Key Capabilities

  • Clarity of impact scope: Incidents are now communicated with improved clarity, showing the exact services and regions affected, helping you quickly assess the situation.
  • Comprehensive coverage: Components cover core services such as Dashboard, API, Network Device Connectivity, End User Device Connectivity, Access Point, Switch, WAN appliance, and Camera, across global regions including North and South America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Canada, China, and India.
