Thanks all, in the end we went with a decent spec PC, streaming one camera at a time. Lag is around 1 second. Viewing the entire videowall though causes all the resources on the PC to be used fairly quickly, requiring a reboot of the PC. But viewing one camera at a time is fine.

I would say the processor may also be a bottleneck. I have noticed that with an MV72 that records audio that if more than one person is viewing the live feed then only one person gets audio

Blocking only via Zscaler DNS may reduce some QUIC‑related issues, but it will not reliably prevent QUIC. For consistent results, you need to block QUIC at the network/HTTP proxy level, not just DNS.

Thanks everyone some good suggestions here. I wasnt aware of the DORI section. Cameras and their placement is a new area for me. I am aware its an outdfoor camera for now due to the cold we are demoing the camera indoors. Im going to try and place it in a school lunchroom area in the middle to see how it works out.

End of support means if you have faulty hardware then it's time to buy a replacement. Once that cut off date is reached you are on your own. There are two different EOL dates, the first being end of sale meaning a device is no longer sold but still supported. I think the simplest answer is Essential basically equals Advanced Security and Advantage equals SD-WAN+, there is no option to have Enterprise licensing with Subscriptions. The documentation linked to shows the exact features.
