A 3D printer might be your best bet in this case or install the camera using the mounting bracket. I agree for the price that MV cameras are not great at night in bad weather, I've had no end of problems with motion alerts and rain drop. I've spent hours fine tuning sensitivity settings and duration to try and find that sweet spot. Disabling IR and relying on other artificial light has been the best solution I've come up with.

Your speed is because you are using WEP for authentication. Change to WPA and your issue should be fixed. WEP is a very old authentication method and is very insecure, you really shouldn't be using it.

I have linked MV cameras to HA in the past however due to the limit of 2 RTSP streams is can cause issues if there are multiple people using your HA instance.

Bear in mind that just because you license devices doesn't mean that they might be supported in 2030, support depends of the model of hardware so if you have older access points by 2030 there is a good chance they won't be supported or compatible with new firmware.

If you simply need to reset the device because of an issue I would use the erase command with the dashboard and then go through the setup steps on the device. If you are going to set it up for a new user / different purpose use the erase device and then adjust the tags in SM accordingly. If you are retiring the iPad use the erase option and then delete it out of the dashboard which free up the SM license.

Being an end user here I think it's very important that the company you are managing creates the Org and then invites the MSP to have access not the other way around. At the end of the day the customer owns the hardware and licensing and should be in full control of it. The customer might decide to change MSP or self manage and they should be able to do that without untangling a mess create by an MSP having created Orgs.

The only way the get this information from the dashboard without using the API is to look at each camera, even the camera list doesn't have an option to see retention figures.

Just a reminder check your licensing, mark it in calendars / diary. Don't rely on licensing notifications. I have PDL licenses on one org so relying calendar reminders is messy as I have so many expiry dates. I was solely relying on notifications which I won't be anymore as I've just found 70+ devices with licenses that expired last month so I'm now in a rush to get these renewed. Please learn from my mistake, I'm lucky that I caught it within the grace period.

I have wondered this as well, I use client VPN at home but for business purposes I'm using IPsec with a different firewall vendor. I 100% agree that minimum licenses quantities are a huge obstacle for small businesses. The minimum being 25 is way to high IMO and this seems to be a industry figure as I have seen it with tons of other vendors i.e. software, MDM, security vendors etc. I think a minimum of 5 is a much better figure.

Did you purchase from a legitimate Cisco partner? I've seen fake Meraki hardware being pushed before.

^^ This but even providing feedback has been watered down, you use to be able to include screenshots / attach files but thats a thing of the past now.

Check your tokens as suggested but also make sure there is nothing upstream stopping the device from connecting, not sure what type of iPad you have but if it has USB-c try using a ethernet adaptor and see if that works.

What @vassallon said the ABM/ASM devices page is smart enough to know you have pasted a lots of serial numbers in and will automatically add commas.

+1 from me, the amount of time I've spent collating and exporting footage for incidents would be reduced dramatically with this.
