Hey @jbright ,   Thank you for bringing this up, the warning you're seeing is correct - version 4.0+ of the agent requires Windows 10 22H2 (OS build 19045) and above or Windows Server 2022.   I have asked the team to update the Supported Operating Systems KB to reflect this, there's also a request to improve the error that is displayed (to include a specific callout for Windows Server). Hello @mdelossantos ,   Your organisation is likely utilising Legacy or "Free 100" SM licensing, which has since been retired and will block all new enrolments. This is almost certainly due to the sizing guide being updated to reflect the performance improvements of MX18.2 firmware, which it probably shouldn't have been yet considering 18.2 is not yet stable.   Go to Organization - MDM. There is an "Unenroll" button in the Android for Work section. After you do this, you should be able to set up Google as the EMM provider in the G Suite Admin Console.   Navigate to "Device Administrators" within the Settings application on each device and disable the Meraki SM app as a Device Administrator. Next, you will want to uninstall the Meraki SM app from each client. At this point, the devices should no longer be bound to Systems Manager. To close the loop on this one, it was caused by a ADE Token update which in turn removed the ADE profiles from Dashboard (which can happen sometimes and we cannot recover). Recreating the ADE profile and assigning it to the relevant device(s) resolved the issue. ... View more
