Can't connect to hybrid worker network

I can't connect to the hybrid worker network. I verified the network key (MR44 S/N) is entered correctly using Caps and spaces. I receive a message that the network key is incorrect.

@MikeB116 is this regarding the AP that comes within your Cisco Hybrid Work Bundle? If so, you will need to contact Cisco IT.

Are you talking about claim a device on organization inventory?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
