If you don't have valid credentials for the Meraki app, it's likely that either Telus don't provide you with an actual Meraki Dashboard account, and instead allow basic editing of some settings via their own Dashboard which hooks into Meraki APIs, alternatively they may have added you as an "End Customer" or similar MSP role which again has some limits depending on your MSP.   You'll need to speak with Telus to confirm. ... Firstly (and I'm sure you've done this), make sure you remove the protective plastic dome that the MV ships with, the one with the tab with the ⚠️ on it.   You may find some success with hydrophobic coating such as RainX or Gtechniq G5 Water Repellent Coating which is used for motorcycle helmets or car windows, we don't officially endorse any but any coating that doesn't harm plastic or glass should do the trick to help prevent moisture or water droplets from clinging to the outside of the dome. ... I believe an MV will only store the last 10 snapshot requests, after this they're written over, and the snapshot URL will no longer be valid (it'll return a 400).   The API globally has a limit of 10 calls per second. ... View more

Hmm, just moved my MV to spn3 and I got a 502 the first couple times I attempting to load the returned URL, but then the image did load after ~ 20 seconds after requesting the original snapshot.       If you're consistently seeing a delay, please do raise a support case.    Cheers,   Connor. ... Hi @ChristianN1,   Working fine for me (I'm on spn28.meraki.com). Typically when we see a 502 it's due to the connection between spn <> MV being blocked, this relies on TCP 30001 being allowed. Does cloud-streaming work correctly for this MV?   Cheers,   Connor ... View more

Hi @HeikkiHautala,   Have you got any context as to why the manufacturing date is required? This isn't something that Support will be able to provide unfortunately, our hardware/logistics team may be able to provide this but will require valid business reason.
