Seems to be a bug from Apple side. I did talk to Apple tech about it and they did acknowledge the issue. Resetting network connection fixes the issue but current apple firmware are still vulnerable to it so it might come back again until Apple provide a fix. ... View more

I have my DHCP server assign from a subnet using the leading characters of the MAC address.   For example, 172.16.110.x will be assigned whenever the MAC address starts with AB-CD-12-34-xx-xx.   It isn't guaranteed that the same camera will always have the same IP, but generally they will as long as they remain connected. Haha all good dude! Yeh if you haven't played around with the 30H then maybe that's where you and I aren't syncing? You don't configure the wired ports on a 30H like a switchport... You basically bind a wired port to an SSID (yes, I said to an SSID). You don't have things like access or trunk or whitelistsing or BDPU Guard available on the 30H. I agree with you that your DHCP solution is much better in this situation.
