If they are receiving a remove command it sounds like there is an issue with the scope. Have you opened a support ticket?

Are you talking about federated logins with Apple Business/School manager? or with Active directory?

If you ping another device connected to the AP what are the response times like? Client to client pings over wifi with a good install should work well so if you are getting horrible ping times there is most likely an issue with your installation. Did you do a site survey before installing the access points?

What is the duration of the footage you are trying to export? If you reduce it to say 10 seconds worth just to test does that succeed?

This is something that you are best to do via your firewall and not a switch port if you want accurate information. You could also sort your network clients by usage and look at the last 2 hours worth of data to see where the culprit lies.

Everything I have learnt with Systems manager has been self taught, that approach isn't for everyone but it worked for me. If you haven't already I would suggest getting a test device and using that to learn the platform. Also ask lots of questions!

I was never able to get this working reliably myself. FYI if you aren't aware PRTG has changed from perpetual licensing to a subscription model with many customers seeing large increases. Paessler was sold to a private company hence the license changes

Most likely OS and any apps you have installed are filling up the devices. I would review what apps you are installing and go from there.

You would almost have to create one network per apartment which would be a lot of work. What is the requirement around seperate SSID? Could you not use 802.1x or iPSK to see who is connected?

If yours has simply failed and the device is licensed you should be able to RMA via support. If it's been damaged MA-PWR-30WAC is the part number and you should be able to order from your normal Meraki supplier.

Hmmm it seems like you have tried everything I was going to suggest apart from have you spoken to Meraki support? You could try disabling 802.11r and see if this helps.

1. What version firmware are you running on the MX? 2. This will seem really silly but did you remember to click save after entering the DHCP options? I know that seems like a have you turned it off and back on question but some Meraki dashboard pages are a bit confusing when it comes to saving changes. 3. Can the client device reach the NTP server if you trying pinging it?

What type of devices are you wanting to manage? If they are iOS, MacOS or Windows device then the answer is no.

Agreed, constant logging into the app is a big frustration. I would much prefer to use the app when I'm mobile and working in racks compared to carrying a laptop but logging in and having to enter MFA each time makes it tiresome.

Have you typed the SSID in the profile exactly as it's broadcast via the access point. I believe this is case sensitive but I could be wrong. What method of authentication is that SSID using?

What model of access point are you using and do the devices have a decent connection to the access points? Have you upgraded firmware or made any other recent changes?
