I agree, the load times of the new layouts is frustrating slow. The new UI should be an early access setting allowing them to be completely disabled until they are ready for full release. In IT we are told taught to never use Beta software in production and thats exactly whats happening.

Just a follow on from this post. https://community.meraki.com/t5/Feature-Announcements/MT11-Temperature-Calibration-is-Here/ba-p/278653 I think this is a great idea and I wondered how to keep devices accurate as all temp sensors slowly drift over time. Anyone who has managed HVAC systems knows that calibration is important. I am hoping we will see this option with other models of MT that support temperature monitoring.

No this is not possible due to privacy restrictions. MDM's can only control apps and certain settings on a device. Location services also have to be manually enabled due privacy restrictions.

Users roles are not very granular, if an admin only has read only network access then they cannot make changes on SM. As suggested the best option is to have SM in it's own network.

@Vishal07 For number 1 do you mean remotely viewing what is displayed on the iPad? If so I am pretty sure thats not possible for privacy reasons. Apple is extremely picky when it comes to end user privacy.

Wouldn't a patch management system be easier than manually updating devices? Also I would make sure that taking screenshots of users potential activity isn't a breach of any of your internal policies. If a user is working on something confidential and finds you are taking screenshots that could end badly.

@JJS1992 This guide should help you. https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Site-to-site_VPN/Configuring_Hub-and-spoke_VPN_Connections_on_the_MX_Security_Appliance I would configure the MX in your office as the hub and the MX at home as the spoke that way if other staff want to do the same they configure their MX as an additional spoke. If the MX are within the same ORG it's all very easy. I have given up using the new version for SM devices, if I enrol a new device it takes anywhere from 15 mins to a hour to show in the new version. If I use the old version it's not an issue. It's as though the new and old version dashboards are two different data sets running in parallel rather than just a UI change.

Cheers for the tag @PhilipDAth but I don't believe there is. I've double checked the devices and owners pages and I cannot find anyway of removing device owners in bulk, I've always had to manually make the changes.
