Hey @JArroyave ,   This should be resolved in MX 18.2X (latest at the moment is 18.208), this will change Cellular from "Connecting" to "Not Inserted" if there isn't a SIM present in the device.     Edit: Apologies, looks like it'll be included in the next MX 18.2X release, I'll be sure to bump this thread when it's confirmed to be out. Hey @jbright ,   Thank you for bringing this up, the warning you're seeing is correct - version 4.0+ of the agent requires Windows 10 22H2 (OS build 19045) and above or Windows Server 2022.   I have asked the team to update the Supported Operating Systems KB to reflect this, there's also a request to improve the error that is displayed (to include a specific callout for Windows Server).
