Hey Meraki Community - hope you're doing well! 👋🏻 As part of our ongoing security & feature enhancements, since April 2024 we have been upgrading older Meraki SM Windows & macOS agents, the version depends on the OS version: Windows agents will be upgraded to v3.7.2 Agents on devices running versions of macOS below 10.15 will upgrade to v3.8.3. Agents on devices running macOS 10.15+, will upgrade to v4.1.4. You will see a banner on Dashboard alerting you of this, and for more information & FAQ I recommend reading the KB: "Systems Manager Agent Upgrade 2024" This is a heads-up we now require Meraki agent version 3.7.2 (Win) & 3.8.3 (Mac) and above for new enrollments, new enrollments on older versions of the Windows/macOS agent will fail. You'd likely want to look at using an external solution if you have a large number of clients, such as RADIUS, Active Directory or an external SSO provider. I am not aware of any way to move these users over. If an organisation is split (i.e. split 1 or more networks out into their own organisation) Meraki Support can copy over organisation admins, but there's no way for us to move non-admin users (such as splash / meraki auth)

Whilst your wireless traffic isn't encrypted, the HTTPS session between your client and the Splash Page server is. If the SSID is primarily for employees/staff/trusted users, I would leverage 802.1X RADIUS instead. Yes the user won't get a pretty splash page, but it would then ensure the wireless traffic is encrypted.

It's just the MA-SFP-10GB-LR (single mode) that's supported on the MS130X product suite.

It doesn't appear to be part of the getNetworkSettings schema (https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/api-v1/get-network-settings/) so this would be a feature request for now.

@Sinku New cases cannot be opened anymore by emailing support@meraki.com, instead you should call in or use this web form to open a new case: https://meraki.cisco.com/meraki-support/open-a-support-case/ Account recovery it typically only achievable via email for security purposes, so please use the form to open a case. Ensure you provide as much evidence as possible when submitting the request. If you don't know your MCN, just enter 00000000 or 12345678 and press option 2 to be transferred to the general queue.

"Our organization has all the phones on a single apple account and everyone is seeing each others call and text history and even voicemails" I really recommend you don't do this, you'll likely have the account deactivated as it goes against Apple's T&Cs. Instead, use Managed Apple IDs via Apple Business Manager. No, factory reset is the only form of data erasure supported on Meraki products. Ensure you hold for ~15-30 seconds. You can verify the unit has reset back to factory settings (and therefore has erased customer content) by powering on the unit without an internet connection (else it'll just download the configuration again unless you've removed it from the Dashboard network/org) and: MX & MS - access the local status page of the unit and you'll see the network name is not set MR - will likely broadcast "meraki-scanning", "meraki-setup" or "meraki" SSIDs

It does not reflect scheduled maintenance or service outages that fall below the threshold mentioned above.

A Factory Reset using a paperclip or pin in the reset button will clear the device contents and reset it back to factory settings.

Which shard are you on @JGill ? E.g. n146.meraki.com, you can find this by browsing Dashboard and grabbing it from the URL. There was some scheduled maintenance this morning on select few so may have been due to this.

Personally, I would advise against using this feature from purely a network security perspective, the applet requires Java and as per the KB: Clients running Windows XP, 7 or Vista will be scanned for supported anti-virus software. Non-Windows clients are not scanned. If you have Windows XP, Vista or 7 computers connecting to your network, there are bigger concerns than just Anti-Virus.

A quick Google shows this typically occurs during a BitLocker encryption failure, which you may have configured as part of the profile. Can you provide some additional context?

The MT15 uses Ethernet for PoE, it doesn't establish a data link. On my home switch for example I see it drawing power but the link doesn't come up. It uses BLE to connect to MR/MV.
