well, thank you for your answer...I have seen thisone also...but thought it is only for the MX as the params are for wan1 and wan2. So will try thisone and i guess wan1 will be just the managment int for ms and ap's

Hi all, I am a bit confused as I am looking for the API Call to set the LAN IP, Gateway and also the DNS settings of a Switch and also for the Access Points and do not find it. Was looking in the postman collection v1.39.0. Basically I would expect it under platform => configure. Here i can find updateDevice...no param for LAN IP, GW and DNS. So I was also looking under products => switch where I would expect it dedicated for a switch...but I could not find a call. So I am wondering, if there is a call to change LAN IP, GW and DNS on Switches and AP's...which I would expect. Can someone point me to the right API call? Mans thanks Roger

Hi Adam, what I have done in the past is to use Postman. I claim AP's into a network and update the AP configuartion whith 2 API Calls. With a third API Call I change the port settings where the AP's get connected. In order to do so I use the Runner in Postman and give along a cvs within postman with the needed Parameters.

Hi, you need to buy a new license for the MR. Which means you need as many MR licenses as you have MR Access Points. Hi, not sure, but I guess you need the distance between the wholes for the screws? Check out this documentation about the management VLAN: https://documentation.meraki.com/MS/Deployment_Guides/Advanced_MS_Setup_Guide Especially the management vlan part:Management VLAN By default, Meraki switches are configured to use VLAN 1 for untagged and management traffic and all switch interfaces are configured as trunk native VLAN 1. Modifying the VLAN used for management traffic can be done via the local configuration page per switch or globally via the Meraki dashboard: Did you also change the managment vlan to 101 in the switch settings?

Hi, As I know you need a dedicated license for the MX68CW...which means that you can choose for the MX68CW for either Enterprise, Advanced Security and Secure SD-WAN Plus. Are you using DHCP on the MX to get the public address? As long as you use DHCP on the MX, you just connect the Devices on the new site. Via Internet the devices will register into the existing Meraki organization again. rgds roger
