Well then i guess you have to contact the cisco partner you bought it or open a support case. I guess you used the right number to claim the order (12 digit)

did you get an error while claiming the device or do you not know how to claim a device' Organization => Inventory, there on the right side the blue button claim device here how you claim it. https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Inventory_and_Devices/Using_the_Organization_Inventory

well as I see it...it is just limited to 1000 Vlans. See the following documentation in the section "VLAN Database" https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Cross-Platform_Content/VLAN_Profiles#VLAN_Database hope this helps roger

As mentioned to do it yourself, you need to be admin on both organization. see here the part out of the documentation: Only organization administrators with full read/write permissions on both source and destination organizations will be able to request a license transfer. The full org administrator requesting the transfer must have the same email address on the source and destination organizations. If you can not get admin in both orgs...get in contact with your meraki contact.

Well, you need to be admin in both organization. Initially it was only possible to do it with a support case. Now it should be possible, but as I checked today, the other organization did not show up...so this maid be temporarly. In a Meraki Subscribtion the devices (in your case the MX's) are divided into product classes (MX small, MX medium, MX large...) https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Licensing/Subscription_-_MX_Licensing In subscribtions you can either have Essential or Advantage which is also described in this document (E and the A in the sku) You always need a license for Meraki device.

Check out this documentation https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Site-to-site_VPN/Site-to-Site_VPN_Settings The following part: An MX that builds tunnels to both Auto VPN and Non-Meraki VPN peers will not route traffic between other Auto VPN peers and the non-Meraki VPN peers unless BGP routing over IPsec VPN is enabled for the latter.

I guess the natural replacement would be the MV33. But you mentioned that the old one got faulty because of weather condition. Therfore you mid think of going for an outdoor camera. As the MV32 is a fisheye camera, the outdoort one would be the MV93 or the MV93X. The X has more storage. Besides that there are other outdoor cameras available like the MV72, MV72X, but with other optical specification.
