Hi all, I have this issue with devices on port 2 of a 48 port switch, multiple sites, multiple models of Konica minolta.   what I see is local lan works fine with printing ect on layer 2 OSI, but when users try scan or if someone try’s to connect outside of the local net with layer 3 the communication fails. This happens on the devices after about 10 mins idle time. Then after  connection attempt or scan attempt the printer then gets connection after 5 minutes and then it just constantly goes back and forth.  this only started after the firmware was updated to  MS 17.2.1.1.
